I had a dream.

I did not know it was possible to have a vivid dream about a person you have not seen in...over 10 years. Why in the world would this person be in my dream? Why would this person play such a role in my dream? I do not dream often, so a dream like this definitely leaves me pondering...

I do not dream often. I am no Martin Luther King, Jr. I think I will leave the dreaming up to others.

Ugh, dreams are so freakin tricky. Dreams are usually NOT your friend. They put ideas, sometimes good but for me usually BAD ideas that I actually act upon and most of the time the outcome is not good.

But here, you get to here the medical viewpoint from a future RPh to be: when you are dreaming your hippocampus area is activatd, and this is the same area that feels the basic, primal insticts of emotion. Meanwhile I believe your primary cortex or something (the part of the brain that actually reasons things out) is not really activated, so this results in emotionally charged, pretty much nonsensical dreams.

I'm a nerd.
